We start our process with a complimentary 30-minute intro call to get a broad sense of you, your project, and how we can help. Next, we set up an in-person property walkthrough to get a feel for the details and chat about any inspiration you have gathered. Once we have established the scope of work and proposed timeline, we turn this over to you in a contract.

You have signed the contract and now the work begins! We begin by bringing in contractors, ours, yours, or both to start gathering quotes. Once we have selected our GC, we tackle drawings and renderings with our local drafting experts. During this time, we also visit showrooms, slab yards, and connect with trade vendors to see, touch, and feel every fixture and finish in person. You then get to experience the magic through our design presentation. We take care of any revisions needed and begin ordering once you have approved the design!

It's construction time! We kick-off the install by meeting with all contractors and tradesmen involved to equip them with a binder of the design plan. They will have specs, what goes where, etc at their fingertips. We are onsite weekly, checking in, and making sure all goes smoothly. You're plugged in and receive continuous updates from us. Once we are wrapped up, it's time for the grand reveal and photoshoot. And the best part begins, you get to savor your new space!
